Frequently asked questions

How do I register to use the site?

You can register online here. You will be taken to the Trade Customer Registration Form. Please complete the form making sure all required fields are filled in. Please specify a valid e-mail address that will be used as your login name for the system.

Can a company register more than once?

We can only accept one registration from a company which will be matched with your account details. As a registered customer you will be allowed to register as many members of your staff as you wish, providing each one has a unique email address. Each staff member will then be able to use the online facilities including placing orders.

Do I need an account with Midland Power to be able to register?

Yes but you can register even if you are not a current Midland Power customer and we will then proceed to open an account for you.

Registrations are available to all bone fide trade customers, but before the registration is accepted and becomes active you will need an account. So please feel free to register, but also telephone us and ask for an account application form.

What will I be able to do when registered?

When you are registered and approved you are able to see pricing on all our products that is specific to you, and you can place orders online.

You have facilities to change any of your details and add delivery addresses, etc.

A complete history of your online orders is also available.

Where can I see parts lists?

Parts lists are available for most of the machines on the site. They are in PDF format.

Parts lists are available on both the download page and on the respective machine pages.

A left mouse click on the download icon or link will open the PDF, or right mouse click on it and select "save target as" this will then download it to your computer (it will ask where you want to save it). You will then have it as a reference and do not need to download again.
