Carriage - Online Ordering (from Midland Power's Website Only)
Carriage paid on all spare parts orders placed via the website (Zone 1 only).- Orders below £30 incur a £3.95 administration charge.
- Zone 2 - £185 carriage paid on spare parts orders.
- Zone 3 - £225 carriage paid on spare parts orders.

Carriage - Phone/Fax Orders- Zone 1 orders of a nett value of £95.00 or more will be sent carriage paid (*excluding machines). On orders below £95.00 nett, carriage / packing will be charged at £7.95.
- Zone 2 orders of a nett value of £225.00 or more will be sent carriage paid (*excluding machines). On orders below £225.00 nett, carriage / packing will be charged at £14.95.
- Zone 3 orders of a nett value of £275.00 or more will be sent carriage paid (*excluding machines). On orders below £275.00 nett, carriage / packing will be charged at £19.95.
- Back orders are sent free of carriage.

Delivery
- All orders are normally despatched on the day of receipt. Zone 1 parcels and are sent on next day carriers. For pallets a 2-3 day service is used unless otherwise requested.
- Outside Zone 1, a 2-3 day service is used.
- Midland Power does not guarantee these services and cannot be held responsible for delays.
- Guaranteed next day delivery is available on request. Carriage will be charged depending on the weight and destination. Full details of this service are available from the sales office.
- Claims for shortages and damage must be notified to Midland Power in writing within four working days of receipt of goods.
- Replacement goods for damaged/defective items will be charged for and credited on return of said goods once a satisfactory inspection has taken place.
- Goods incorrectly ordered will only be accepted back under the following conditions;
- (A) That the goods are in saleable condition.
- (B) That the original packaging is still intact.
- (C) A 20% handling charge will be levelled for admin costs.
- (D) No credit will be given with regards to returned carriage.
- Goods that have been specially ordered in and are a non-stock item will not be accepted back for credit.
- Items for credit will not be accepted back later than 30 days after the invoice date.
- In the case of error by Midland Power, the goods will be collected without charge.
- Authorisation must be obtained in the form of a returns note number for all returns, failure to include this with the returned goods will result in the claim being rejected and the goods returned with carriage being charged.
